The Smart Helper is on every plan. You review its drafts before anything goes to a customer.

- Auto-Quote and Auto-Invoice: reads the job card, notes, time on site, messages and similar past jobs, then drafts the work description and a list of materials and labour with its reasoning, for you to review. The vendor says you need around 100 completed jobs before results are reasonable
- AI writing helper: drafts emails, texts and quote or invoice descriptions, suggests replies to client messages and tidies spelling and grammar
- Smart Report Helper: type the report you want and it builds it from your data
- ServiceM8 Chat: voice assistant for job summaries, dictated notes and sending template messages
- AI scheduling suggestions and invoice item suggestions based on past jobs
- AI Phone Agent (add-on to ServiceM8 Phone): answers business calls like a receptionist, on the Connect Plus and Unlimited phone plans
Watch out for
Auto-Quote is stated for the online dashboard and iOS app. The vendor's own figure is that 30% of Auto-Invoice drafts are accepted for use, so expect to edit most of them. Check the UK price of ServiceM8 Phone and the Phone Agent before you rely on it.
