Fergus is job-management software for tradespeople, so it is not an AI agent on its own. We list it for Fergus Assistant, an AI helper built into the web app and the Fergus Go phone app. You ask it for something in plain English, such as creating a job or drafting an invoice, and it prepares the record for you to confirm. It works from the jobs, customers and quotes already in your account.

- Small and mid-sized trades businesses in the UK, Australia and New Zealand who want to do job admin by typing or speaking a request instead of filling in forms.

- Fergus Assistant in the Fergus Go mobile app: type or speak to log time, add site notes and create follow-up tasks
- Turns a supplier file, such as a PDF quote, into a draft quote you then price and check
- Asks for confirmation before it creates, changes or sends anything, and follows each user's permissions

Watch out for
The AI tools launched in September 2026 and are young. Fergus says they are free inside the monthly subscription for now and that it will give notice before any new pricing. It also announced a wider 'Fergus AI' experience; we could not confirm it is live, so we list only Assistant and Fergus Go.
